love loveless loving lust
one might just ask

one might just ask
what is it that this is all about?

one might
but it would be pointless

some will say happiness
others will say love

but really, what is the question
that one might ask?

one could say it's regards
or affection or like
or need (read neediness for some)
or fear--well, yeah, fear

and no one wants to be lonely
alone is good sometimes
but never lonely

and what can one ask
ask about longings
but expect no answers

it's easier to just be
