We are all surrounded by so much infinite possibility in our universe that it would probably be impossible to take it all in. Our minds naturally filter all the information so we can live without feeling overwhelmed.
This filter works so that what we pick up is only what harmonises with our deepest beliefs, our sense of self, our values and our memory. This means that we tend not to see what doesn’t fit or match our internal map of the world.
If you do not have a healthy internal map, when you look out into the infinite possibilities, your mind may filter poorly, deleting and distorting the truth. You will then project negativity onto circumstances and people because that is what is in your internal world.
This negativity can then become a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you believe that nobody can love you, you will only create situations that prove yourself right. You will filter out all that is positive and only see the worst in even the loveliest, most genuine people and may attract people who are not loving and kind to you.
If this is happening to you, you may need to do some inner work and healing. What do you believe and is it true? What you are seeing or saying to yourself on the inside?
You have a choice over what you believe and think from the infinite array of possibilities. Are believing something untrue about yourself, another person, or the world? The truth will always make you feel lighter and freer.
When you shift what you believe, then your entire reality will shift. When you change, the world around you changes. This is because it is what inside you that determines what you see through your filter, so you create your particular reality and what is reflecting back at you. You have that much power to create your life.
